Kitchen Basics Series- Class #3 Stocks and Sauce – Sun March 9th , 1pm-4pm

This is the third class in our Kitchen Basics Series. You need to take Kitchen Basics #1 (knife skills) before taking this class. We would also prefer you have taken #2 (butchery) unless you are vegetarian.

In this hands on class we'll be focusing on the foundational sauces. Learning many of the "mother sauces" and how to use them:

  • Bechamel

  • Veloute

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Hollandaise

We'll also teach you all about making your own Chicken and Veggie Stocks to use as bases for sauces and soups.

A 20% gratuity is included in price for class instructor.
