Our Kitchen Basics series classes are meant to build on each other. We offer them throughout the year.

Kitchen Basics Series- Class #3 Stocks and Sauce – Sun Jan 26th , 1pm-4pm
This is the third class in our Kitchen Basics Series. You need to take Kitchen Basics #1 (knife skills) before taking this class. We would also prefer you have taken #2 (butchery) unless you are vegetarian.
In this hands on class we'll be focusing on the foundational sauces. Learning all 5 "mother sauces" and how to use them:
Bechamel
Veloute
Espagnole
Tomato Sauce
Hollandaise
We'll also teach you all about making your own Chicken and Veggie Stocks to use as bases for sauces and soups.
A 20% gratuity is included in price for class instructor.
