This is the last class in our Kitchen Basics Series. You must have taken the following classes before signing up for Kitchen Improv: Knife Skills, Butchery (OPTIONAL for VEGETARIANS), Stocks and Sauces.

In this hands on final class in our Kitchen Basics Series we'll work on putting it all together. Participants will explore the art of improvisation as they craft an array of dishes from just seven random ingredients. Armed with a variety of spices, you'll learn to create diverse flavor profiles and transform basic components into extraordinary meals.
