This is the first class in our Kitchen Basics Series. This class must be taken before the others can be taken.
In this hands on knife skills class you will master chopping, dicing, chiffonade and more. Practice on everything from potatoes to onions, carrots and herbs. Practice and master the fine dice, chop and everything in between!
A 20% gratuity is included in price for class instructor.
