Ready to master the art of croissants? Join us for our Intro to Croissants class, where you'll learn the delicate process of laminating dough to create flaky, buttery perfection! In this hands-on class, you’ll make your very own dough from scratch and transform it into:
Classic Croissant: A traditional, golden, and flaky French favorite.
Ham & Swiss Croissant: A savory twist on the classic, filled with ham and melted Swiss cheese.
Pain au Chocolat: A sweet, indulgent treat with rich chocolate tucked inside.
By the end of the class, you’ll have a thorough understanding of the lamination technique and a batch of freshly baked croissants to take home. Perfect for baking enthusiasts looking to elevate their pastry game!
Note: attendees need to be 10 or over for this class and attending with a parent. Class is geared more towards adult children and mom or slightly older children.
