This is the second class in our Kitchen Basics Series. You must take Knife Skills before this class. This is a recommended class in the series, but not mandatory.

In this hands on butchery class master breaking down chicken, as well as spatchcocking and roasting. Breaking down fish and mastering perfectly cooked steak. Learn how to use your ingredients to make a fresh stock.

A 20% gratuity is included in price for class instructor.
