if your child is 7 (almost 8) but very mature please reach out before signing them up. This is a more advanced class than many others for kids. We want to make sure they have the attention and focus to stay with the class.

American Bakery Kids Camp

Calling all budding bakers! Get ready to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in a fun-filled, hands-on baking experience at our American Bakery Kids Camp! Over the course of 4 exciting days, campers will learn to make some of America’s most beloved baked goods, with each day dedicated to a new, delicious treat. Whether your child is an experienced baker or a beginner, they’ll have a blast creating sweet, homemade goodies they can proudly take home (and share)!
Day 1: Pies & Berry Crisp
We’ll kick off the camp with a classic American favorite: pies! Kids will learn to create both sweet and tangy pies, paired with a fresh, fruity berry crisp. Perfect for any summer celebration!
Day 2: Whoopie Pies & Cheesecake
Next, campers will bake two iconic American desserts—whoopie pies and rich, creamy cheesecake! Soft, cake-like cookies sandwiched with creamy filling, plus creamy delights with a berry coulis. A combo that’s sure to please any sweet tooth!
Day 3: Cream Puff Day
All things cream puffs. Make diplomat cream for sweet fillings and savory Gougeres to fill your puffy delights. Master the choux bun in this pate a choux day!
Day 4: Berry Shortcakes
We’ll wrap up the week with a patriotic favorite: berry shortcakes and savory biscuits! Campers will make flaky, buttery biscuits topped with fresh whipped cream and ripe, juicy berries—a perfect summer dessert along with savory biscuits to go with your favorite BBQ meal.
Each day will feature a combination of baking techniques, teamwork, and plenty of fun. By the end of the camp, your child will have baked up a storm and gained skills that will last a lifetime.
